1. Who we are
SKY SELECTION TRADING LIMITED is a trading and logistics company with its head office at 2003 North Tower, Yuexiu City Plaza, No. 445 Dongfeng Middle Road, Guangzhou, China. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Who can use the app
The Sky Trading app is a portal for existing SKY SELECTION customers. Accounts are created by SKY SELECTION staff; the app does not offer public sign-up. The app is not directed at children.
3. Information we collect
- Account information — your name, email address, phone number, company name and the password you use to sign in.
- Business records — shipments, containers, delivery addresses, orders, invoices, payments, balances, documents and photos that relate to your account.
- Technical information — basic request data our servers receive when the app connects (such as IP address, device type, app version and timestamps), used for security and troubleshooting.
The app does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photo library, does not show advertising, and does not use third-party analytics or tracking.
4. How we use your information
- To sign you in and keep your account secure.
- To show you your shipments, documents, invoices and account balance.
- To provide our trading, shipping and customer-support services.
- To send service announcements related to your shipments and account.
- To meet our legal, accounting and customs obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Sharing
We share information only where needed to provide our services or where required by law, with:
- carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers and suppliers involved in your shipments;
- hosting and infrastructure providers that store and process data on our behalf;
- authorities, where we are legally required to disclose it.
6. Storage and security
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your sign-in session is stored in your device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). Access to customer data within SKY SELECTION is limited to staff who need it to serve you.
7. Retention
We keep account and business records for as long as your account is active and afterwards for the period required by applicable accounting, tax and customs laws. Technical logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to close your account, by emailing hello@sstl.group. When an account is deleted, we remove your personal information except records we must keep by law.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it last changed.
